How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is not currently available. We plan to expand shipping availability in the future.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the requirements outlined in our return policy.
What condition must my return be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Are sale items returnable?
Final sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer exchanges?
Because our collections may have limited quantities, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you need a different size, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order to secure availability.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
